Refund Policy

Last updated: May 28, 2026

How refunds work on Luna Mantra. Plain English; statutory rights honoured where they apply.

Individual purchases — digital products and standalone bundles

Digital downloads are final once delivered, except as required by applicable law.

  • If a file is corrupt, undeliverable, or you cannot access it because of a technical issue on our side, your sole remedy is either replacement of the file or a refund of the price paid.
  • You retain any chargeback rights provided by your card issuer.
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 60 days of purchase to address delivery problems or to prevent disputes.
  • We may deny a refund where we reasonably determine fraud, abuse, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

Subscriptions — Inner Court

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal — either by clicking through from /membership while signed in, or by going directly to polar.sh/lunamantra/portal and signing in with the email you used to subscribe. Cancellation stops future billing.

  • The current billing period remains active until its expiry; bundles you have already received during your subscription remain available in your library after cancellation.
  • Fees for elapsed billing periods are non-refundable, except as required by law or where access was not provided.
  • Re-subscribing after a lapse grants access to current and future bundles only — not bundles released while you were inactive.

How to request a refund

Email help@lunamantra.com. Include:

  1. The email address used to purchase.
  2. The product or subscription you're asking about.
  3. The reason for the request.

We respond within 3 business days. If we issue a refund, it goes back to the payment method you used, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have under your local law (for example, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019, or other applicable regimes). Where your statutory rights give you a stronger remedy than this policy, your statutory rights apply.

Where applicable, when you complete a purchase of digital content at checkout, you may be asked to acknowledge that you consent to immediate performance of the contract and that, by doing so, you lose any statutory withdrawal right that would otherwise apply to digital content not on a tangible medium. This acknowledgment is captured by our payment processor at checkout.

Payment processor — Merchant of Record

Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar") is our Merchant of Record and processes every paid transaction on the site. Polar also reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at its discretion (for example, to prevent chargebacks or where its own buyer terms require it), independently of this policy. Where Polar issues a refund directly, the refund will appear in your account from Polar.

For purchase-side queries (invoices, tax receipts, payment method updates, billing history), please use the Polar customer portal — linked from /membership or available directly at polar.sh/lunamantra/portal — or contact Polar directly via their website.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer, the dispute is handled by Polar in conjunction with us. Please email us first — we'd much rather sort it out directly than via chargeback, which adds fees and delays.
