Terms of Service

Last updated: May 28, 2026

These are the terms on which Luna Mantra provides its digital products, subscriptions, and free downloads. By using the site you agree to them.

Who we are

Luna Mantra is operated by CuriousMinds Marketing & Products LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms are a contract between you and CuriousMinds Marketing & Products LLP.

Our GSTIN is 09AAOFC4983E1Z2.

Acceptance

By using the site, creating a library account, or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to make a purchase or hold a subscription. If you create an account on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Your account

We use passwordless sign-in by email. When you ask for access, we email a one-time sign-in link valid for 60 minutes. Clicking the link sets a 24-hour session cookie on the device you're using. You're responsible for keeping your email account secure; anyone with access to your email can request a sign-in link.

There is one library per email address. You can have your account closed at any time by emailing help@lunamantra.com.

Our products

  • Digital products — files (PDFs, audio, calendars, and other digital formats) you purchase individually.
  • Bundles — a curated set of digital products released monthly, purchasable individually by anyone.
  • Inner Court subscription — a monthly membership that auto-grants each new bundle to active members at the moment it drops.
  • Free downloads — selected digital products available at no cost in exchange for your email.

Descriptions, covers, and copy are best-effort. We may revise titles, withdraw products, or change which products are included in a future bundle, at our discretion. We will not change which products are included in a bundle you have already received.

Payment, taxes, and Merchant of Record

Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar") is our Merchant of Record. This means Polar — not Luna Mantra — is the seller of record for every paid transaction on the site. Polar processes your payment, issues your invoice, calculates and remits applicable taxes (including EU VAT, UK VAT, and other jurisdictions' indirect taxes), and handles refund execution. Polar's own buyer terms and privacy notice apply to the payment leg of every transaction.

Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout, set by Polar according to its country/currency mapping.

Subscriptions

The Inner Court is a monthly subscription that auto-renews until you cancel.

  • Billing is handled by Polar. You can manage your subscription, update payment method, or cancel at any time through Polar's customer portal — either by clicking through from /membership while signed in, or by going directly to polar.sh/lunamantra/portal and signing in with the email you used to subscribe.
  • Cancelling stops future billing. Your current billing period stays active until its expiry; bundles you've already received remain in your library after cancellation.
  • Re-subscribing after a lapse grants access to current and future bundles only. You do not retroactively receive bundles released while you were inactive.
  • Pricing changes will be communicated in advance; if you don't accept a new price, you can cancel before the next renewal.

Bundles

A bundle is a curated set of digital products tied to a specific drop month. While you are an active subscriber, every newly-released bundle is granted to you automatically — you don't need to claim it. Bundles you have received stay in your library after cancellation.

Anyone — subscriber or not — can also purchase any past or current bundle individually at its published price.

License — what you can do with the files

When you receive a digital product (by purchase, bundle, or free download), we grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to:

  • Download and store the file on devices you control.
  • Open, read, listen to, or otherwise use the file on those devices for your own personal use.
  • Print a copy for your personal use (where the format makes sense).

You may not:

  • Redistribute, share, upload, resell, or sublicense the file, in whole or in part.
  • Use the file or its contents for any commercial purpose (including teaching, training, derivative works, or as content for your own products).
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any author attributions, copyright notices, or watermarks (if present).
  • Use the file to train any machine-learning model.

The author retains all copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the works. The licence ends if you breach these Terms; we may revoke library access in that case.

Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to:

  • Sign in to an account that isn't yours, or share your sign-in link with anyone.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content beyond normal personal browsing.
  • Attempt to defeat any security, rate-limiting, or paywall.
  • Use the site to send unsolicited messages, distribute malware, or commit fraud.
  • Use automated agents (including AI agents and bots) to make purchases or impersonate a human user.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms (including the products you purchased) is limited to the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim by a third party arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or any third-party right.

Termination

You can stop using the site at any time. You can have your account deleted by emailing help@lunamantra.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (license, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any non-waivable statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction, you and we agree that the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms when our service or applicable law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. We will give reasonable notice (e.g. via on-site banner or email) for material changes. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
