The 30-Day Lunar Living Workbook September is a 42-page digital book designed for you as a new moon to new moon practice.
This is built around The Clearing: the month of the open sky, guiding you from the new moon on 11 September to the next new moon on 10 October 2026. It is the first full cycle since early summer with no eclipse anywhere in it, and it closes on Sarva Pitru Amavasya, the day of all ancestors.
Also included is the Lunar Living Wall Tracker September, so the whole cycle stays visible on your wall while you work through it.
We structured this around four weekly movements: The Invitation, The Balance, The Remembering, and The Clearing. Each week includes an affirmation, reflective questions, a small practice, and guidance for navigating the emotional and spiritual rhythm of the cycle.
September’s workbook works with several important lunar and seasonal themes: Purva Phalguni and Uttara Bhadrapada nakshatras, Ganesh Chaturthi and Ganeshotsav, Rishi Panchami, Kanya Sankranti, the autumn equinox, Anant Chaturdashi and the visarjan, the opening of Pitru Paksha, Mercury exalted in Virgo, and Venus coming home to Libra before her October retrograde. Rather than using these as predictions, we use them as reflective timing, a way to understand September as a month of clearing, finishing, balance, and remembrance.
This is ideal for readers interested in lunar living, moon meditation, new moon rituals, moon journaling, Ganesh Chaturthi, autumn equinox rituals, Pitru Paksha reflection, chronobiology, seasonal rhythm, and spiritual self-inquiry. It is a guided workbook for a month that finally lets you finish things, and then asks you to remember who made your finishing possible.
This booklet is for anyone who wants a deeper monthly spiritual practice rooted in the moon cycle, reflective living, and seasonal rhythm.
It is especially suited for readers interested in moon meditation, lunar journaling, Ganesh Chaturthi, Pitru Paksha, the autumn equinox, nakshatra reflection, somatic awareness, chronobiology, and cyclical living.
You do not need to understand every sky detail. The booklet gives you a grounded structure for moving through September with attention, reflection, and rhythm.
September is the month of the open sky.
August asked you to be steady through a month you had been told to fear. September asks something easier, and for some readers harder: actually send the things.
The sky offers no excuses this month. Mercury runs direct all month and sits exalted in Virgo from the 7th. Venus comes home to Libra. There is no eclipse to wait out. The corridor is over.
The central question of the month is not: what am I bracing for?
It is: what have I been keeping parked, and what is it actually waiting for?
And then, in the last week, the month turns around and asks a second question: who handed me the hands I am working with?
Week One: The Invitation
A new moon practice in Purva Phalguni, the star of rest. Beginning from ease rather than pressure, and choosing what gets to come back now that the corridor has cleared.
Week Two: The Balance
Ganesh Chaturthi through the autumn equinox. The month’s strongest working stretch, with obstacles named honestly and one week lived level on purpose.
Week Three: The Remembering
The visarjan and the full moon. Farewells done properly, and the calendar turning to face backward.
Week Four: The Clearing
The ancestor fortnight into early October. Debts acknowledged, ground cleared, and the goddess season waiting on the other side.
Chronobiology is the study of biological rhythms, the way the body responds to cycles of time, light, rest, and activity.
This September workbook naturally connects to chronobiology because it is built around rhythm: new moon to new moon, weekly lunar phases, seasonal turning, daily attention, and the body’s response to a month with no interruption in it.
Instead of treating every day as the same, this booklet helps the reader notice how timing matters. The new moon begins the cycle in a star of rest. The equinox brings light and dark into exact balance. The full moon opens a fortnight that asks for remembrance rather than momentum, and the final week asks for quieter rhythms before the next threshold.
