The 7-Day Cyclical Reset Program: July is a 46-page digital book created by us for a focused week of deep listening, reset, and inner recalibration during July along with Closing Audio for 7‑Day Cyclical Reset, Guru Purnima.

This July edition is titled The Listening Week and is built around the theme of The Deepening, a month for listening more carefully to the body, the season, the inner voice, and the teachers that have shaped your life. The suggested practice window is 23–29 July, a dense spiritual week that includes Mercury turning forward, Chaturmas beginning, Saturn stationing retrograde, and Guru Purnima, the full moon associated with the teacher and the star of listening, Shravana.

We have created a morning practice, a midday check-in, evening reflection, one-card tarot pull, journaling prompt, and a practical boundary script for each day. The structure is simple enough to fit inside an ordinary working week while still creating a private ritual space for reflection, subtraction, and listening.

Also included is a closing MP3 audio called The Listening Practice, a 12-minute guided reflection for the evening of Day 7. This makes the July reset both a written workbook and an audio-supported ritual experience.

Blending moon meditation, tarot journaling, Guru Purnima reflection, somatic awareness, boundary work, seasonal timing, and chronobiology-informed cyclical living, we built this to help you move through the month with more attention, less noise, and a deeper relationship to your own inner guidance.

This booklet is for anyone who feels overstimulated, over-obligated, or disconnected from their own inner signal.

It is especially suited for readers interested in moon meditation, tarot journaling, Guru Purnima, Chaturmas, somatic practice, chronobiology, cyclical living, and spiritual self-inquiry.

You do not need advanced chart knowledge or tarot experience. The tarot pull can deepen the practice, but the prompts, rituals, and listening exercises work on their own.
