§ A note

Everything here is written slowly and by hand, the way I would want it read. If a piece helps you notice the season you are in, it has done its work.

The 7-Day Cyclical Reset Program: September is a 46-page digital book created by us for a focused week of balance, weighing, and release during September.

This September edition is titled The Balance Week and is built around the theme of The Clearing, a month for finishing what has been parked and then setting it down evenly. The suggested practice window is 20 to 26 September, a week that contains Parivartini Ekadashi and the sleeping god’s own quarter-turn, the autumn equinox on the 23rd, the Ganesh visarjan on the 25th, and the full moon on the 26th that opens the fortnight of the ancestors.

We have created a morning practice, a midday check-in, evening reflection, one-card tarot pull, journaling prompt, and a practical boundary script for each day. The structure is simple enough to fit inside an ordinary working week while still creating a private ritual space for weighing, releasing, and standing level.

Blending moon meditation, tarot journaling, equinox reflection, somatic awareness, boundary work, seasonal timing, and chronobiology-informed cyclical living, we built this to help you move through the week the year stands level without tipping with it.

This booklet is for anyone who feels tipped, over-obligated, or still braced after a heavy August.

It is especially suited for readers interested in moon meditation, tarot journaling, equinox rituals, the Ganesh visarjan, somatic practice, boundary setting, chronobiology, cyclical living, and spiritual self-inquiry.

You do not need advanced chart knowledge or tarot experience. The tarot pull can deepen the practice, but the prompts, rituals, and scripts work on their own.

You will not get a clean week. The world does not pause. The deliverables keep arriving, the meetings keep being scheduled, the messages keep coming.

The point of this program is not to escape the week. The point is to build a small private week of balance inside the public week of obligation: enough small acts of weighing and releasing, in the corners of the day, that the equinox finds you level rather than tipped.

This booklet asks one central question across seven days:

What have I been carrying unevenly?

The answer may come through the workload, the money, a relationship that has quietly become one-directional, a project held too tightly, or something you have hosted long past its season and have not yet thanked and released.

Day One: Arrival
The first honest weighing, and setting the week up.

Day Two: The Scales
What is on each side, named without flinching.

Day Three: The Turn
Parivartini Ekadashi. Not quitting, not doubling down, just a quarter-turn.

Day Four: The Balance
The equinox. Nothing to solve. A day to stand in rather than achieve.

Day Five: The Harvest
The sorting season, and naming what actually grew since June.

Day Six: The Farewell
Anant Chaturdashi and the visarjan. A celebrated ending rather than a quiet fading.

Day Seven: The Full Table
The full moon at the ancestors’ door.

Chronobiology is the study of biological rhythms, how the body responds to light, time, rest, repetition, and cycles.

This September reset naturally connects to chronobiology because it is structured around daily rhythm: morning, midday, and evening practices. It also works with lunar timing, seasonal awareness, and the body’s signals as forms of guidance.

The equinox is the one week of the year when the light itself makes the argument. Instead of treating every hour as identical, the booklet asks the reader to notice how different times of day hold different kinds of energy. Morning becomes a place of intention. Midday becomes a place of checking in. Evening becomes a place of reflection and integration.
